Settings not restored when switching devices

Solution

By default, the security for the settings in our app are high. This means by default our settings are not stored in the iCloud backup and only encrypted iTunes backups will store our settings (and even this will only work when restoring to the same device).  

But you can adjust this. For Acrobits Softphone, from the keypad, tap on settings, then preferences. Turn Maximum Security Off.  For Groundwire, from the keypad, tap on settings, then preferences, then Security. Turn Maximum Security Off. Our settings will then be stored in the iCloud backup and will be restored when restoring the device.
