Acrobits had to deploy new SIPIS servers to handle the growing user count in August 2019. After the deployment, we found out that the IP addresses of our new servers are blocked by Russian Roskomnadzor.

These addresses were blocked in April 2018. The original servers which resided at these addresses are no longer there, these addresses were returned to free address pool, but they remain blocked. Even though the blockage has nothing to do with our service, these addresses continue to be inaccessible from Russia.

Although we have submitted appeals to Roskomnadzor, we expect resolution will take some time. In the meantime, we have deployed a special sipis server for our customers in Russia at ru.sipis.acrobits.cz.
